Store Policies:
If you order DVDs from us, we will make every effort to get you your movies quickly. The general turn-around time is 1-2 days. Your order will go out the same day or at the latest the next day. Delivery is 5-10 days depending upon where in the US you live. All defective or damaged DVDs are replaced promptly for the same item only.
Please note we can not ship to United States PO Boxes. You must have a physical street address or PRIVATE mail box that can accept UPS deliveries.
