Membership Questions
If you're having a problem with your membership, can't log in when you think you should be able to, etc, the send an Email to Support@ccbill.com.
Please don't send Rodney, Franne , Steviee or anyone at Rodnievision Emails regarding your membership questions because there's nothing we can do about it. The memberships are set up, charged, maintained and cancelled by CCBill, and they and only they can help you with your membership problems. If you tried to get help from them and they have done everything they can to help you, if you still need to contact us, you may, but please only do so after exhausting every option through CCBill. They are a good company and 99% of our members never have any problems. |
To Cancel Your Membership You need to go to the membership sign up page at CCBill Account support. Again, don't contact Rodney, Franne or Steviee because we don't handle the memberships, just the content. Are you sure you want to cancel. So sorry to lose you!!
